# BGSA Holdings

> BGSA Holdings (BG Strategic Advisors) is a strategy-led investment bank dedicated to M&A and capital advisory for supply chain companies — transportation, logistics, and supply chain technology.  Senior-led execution since 2002, with 100+ transactions and $5B+ in transaction value.  BGSA also hosts the annual invitation-only BGSA Supply Chain Conference in Palm Beach and publishes the monthly BGSA Supply Chain Index.

BGSA Holdings serves companies across the supply chain economy: shippers, carriers, 3PLs, freight brokers, forwarders, last-mile providers, warehousing and fulfillment operators, and supply chain software firms.  Engagements include sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising, and strategic alternatives.  Clients and transactions have included NFI, C.R. The firm is led by Founder & Managing Partner Benjamin Gordon and President Todd Wilson, and is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The planned FedEx acquisition of two European transportation companies and, most recently, a Brazilian logistics and parcel delivery company takes a “more measured international growth strategy that looks to smaller, bolt-on operations,” wrote transportation analyst David Ross of Stifel Nicolaus. This approach appears to be in sharp contrast to the planned UPS acquisition of TNT Express, Europe’s second-largest package delivery company, for $6.8 billion in cash.
